Vancouver SkeptiCamp is a fun, informative, one-day, free, open, attendee-driven, grassroots skeptic conference featuring many brief (~10 minute) presentations with Q&A sessions. We hope to make this year’s event as successful as the previous five Vancouver SkeptiCamps, but we need your participation, either as a speaker or as an attendee. Please take a moment to register today:

Speaking time slots are filling up fast, but I ask all local skeptics to think of a topic that *YOU* would like to give a short talk about. It can be anything that interests you and that’s related to skepticism, the paranormal, science, pseudoscience, critical thinking, conspiracy theories, mystery investigation, irrationality, or how to promote a more rational world. In particular, I’d like to encourage more *women* of Vancouver to consider giving a presentation. We have lots of awesome skeptical and science-minded women in our community, and this would be great opportunity to highlight their knowledge and abilities.

Please register now, tell your friends about it, and leave a comment on this event page if you have any questions or comments about SkeptiCamp. See you there!

By the way, for those who register, we’ll have lots of free gifts to hand out as door prizes, and we’ll even provide a free lunch to registered attendees. Be sure to register so you don’t miss out!
